| Here I am. I should be packing. The excitement is a lot more fun than counting if I've enough socks for a week. I think I've sorted everything out. I'm not sure though. I have a few bills to pay Monday and Tuesday. I have to write some stuff out for those keeping an eye out on the house. Need to tidy up a few things in the house. (I gave up the fantasy that I would actual have a clean house before I leave).
This could easily be my last xanga entry for some time. For those of you in the know, visit the Purple Pepper Pub for entries from abroad. I chose to change the location for a few reason. Its much prettier, I can add links and no one has to be a member to comment (a blessing I tell you!) There are few other reasons, but they're not important to the readers here...LOL
So, a wee hulla-ba-loo over at Panta-Loons. What a ride that was. I'm glad it seems to be settling down now. I think things will work out. I don't know. I can't really worry to much about it now, but I'll be thinking about it a lot while I'm away. The Bean knows how protective I am of the loons, so I know she won't mind if we stop at a few internet cafes so that I can check in. Not to mention most of the hostels have internet access now, so it should be fine. I hope I got the whole camera thing sorted out. I seem to have lost my euro-adaptor though. Could be very very interesting. I'll find it, it has to be with my things to pack. I hope its there, could prove interesting otherwise.

So... it seems they will call the Federal election while I'm abroad. Great. Now I have to add Consulates and Emabassies to my list of places to visit. (to apply to vote and to fill out my ballot) Although, I must say this would be the one good reason to have to enter those...LOL Its funny really. It seems a bit surreal voting for someone while not physically being on home turf. An experience that I never considered when planning this trip. Wonder what the artwork looks like. Wonder if they'd give me a job... hmmmm... I'll have to ask.
The first warm day without hail/thunder & lighting. Very cool. Its 7pm and the sun is shining! Spring is surely upon us! Limbs on the porch/roof not withstanding.
